Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is just that, our policy. However, we will make every effort to exceed your expectations and ship your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically, however, for our handmade items or items available directly at Mim Davis Creations warehouse, please allow between 5-15 working days for your order to arrive. If more than 20 days have passed please email us at sales@mimdaviscreations.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Through the service of USPS, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all of our products, with the exception of our massage oil candles.  They will have shipping added during the processing of your shopping cart.  The candles will be shipped via USPS using ground transportation for safe keeping.  The candles will be shipped within 2 days of ordering.

If you would like any item shipped express (overnight or other faster timeline), please indicate priority shipping on your order at checkout, provide this request within the chat, provide comments within your order, or send an email after completing your order and we will process accordingly.  Send your request to sales@mimdaviscreations.com.
